Meet the pilots for the From Sacrifice to Soaring (FSTS) program who fly "Lady Liberty" as she's called.

Sean Stoltz is an independent certified flight instructor and current student at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He also owns a photography business and has done work for notable airshow acts and programs such as the D-Day Squadron, Sun 'n' Fun, EAA AirVenture & Aeroshell Aerobatic Team.

Lyndse Costabile is the FSTS program founder and principal consultant for FunD Av Consulting, LLC.

The 'From Sacrifice to Soaring Program'

Launched late 2019, following the passing of my grandmother Aimee Sproul, the From Sacrifice to Soaring (STS) program aims to serve, connect and transform the lives of people, like me, who faced unique tragedy, adversity, obstacles of the past that now, given them the ammunition, the fuel, to SOAR! There are several answers to the 'WHY' I started this program, and how through service, connection and transformative coaching, we help others ascend from sacrifice to soaring beyond what they ever felt possible.

Periodically, I will share my passion for serving, connecting, helping to transform the lives of others, through my flying platform. Through flight, WE SOAR, we seek a new horizon & way to sometimes cope or escape from some reality that burdens us. While we need to face that reality, the action 'to soar' above adversity, tragedy, obstacle is simply a change in MINDSET! A mindset that gives you the fuel to see life as precious, not a burden, to see who you are, as you soar! So, Come SOAR with me!

Lady Liberty Gets New Attire by SOS Custom Signs at Sheltair KDAB

Through the 'From Sacrifice to Soaring' program, the aircraft used for the flight platform - Lady Liberty - received an entirely new decal and restripping to advance this program and ongoing flight experiences for people we serve. SOS Custom Signs and Lighting, based in Daytona, performed this service, took on this project and aided us in a big way to ensure we could debut Lady's new uniform at the CFBAA Business Aviation Day, hosted by Sheltair KDAB on Friday, April 14, 2023. We are so grateful. Check out this video to see the process!

Flying the Pattern, 2GC - From Sacrifice to Soaring, Fueled by Avfuel

From Sacrifice to Soaring dedicates this video episode to our supporter, Avfuel! We are constantly working, in the air and on the ground, to help people overcome obstacles, adversity & tragedy. Through soaring, and coming together, we are better as a united front, steering people to positive futures, results, expectations. Short video of pattern work in the Cessna 150, Cape Fear Aviation (2GC).

Putting in the 'Extra' Effort - Phillips 66 Aerostars Flight

Through FunD Av's media division, with Aviators Hot Line, Lyndse Costabile flies with the 4-ship Phillips 66 Aerostars during EAA AirVenture July 2019, riding tandem with Dave "Cupid" Monroe, the team's #3 plane. This flight was filmed and Cupid interviewed to bring more awareness and inspiration of aviation as a career to YoPros. We need to continue working in collaboration and foster a future diverse workforce of skilled and qualified aviation professionals.

Go Rentals Partnership - Support of Women in Aviation

Go Rentals' long-standing partnership with FunD Av and Lyndse recently involved support for her to be in Long Beach, Ca. for the 30th annual Women in Aviation International Conference (WAI), where she held and facilitated her annual session for WAI chapters globally, and members - especially those planning a Girls in Aviation Day. Go Rentals continues to participate with FunD Av related outreach, and is a strong advocate for STEM and aviation education.
