Jennifer has spent her career in aviation working with nonprofit organizations and flying. For 30 years, she has been a pilot and flight instructor. She is passionate about aviation and encouraging others to become involved. When Jennifer is not working, she’s spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking and snowshoeing with her family.

David has worked on the nonprofit industry over the past 25 years, including projects focusing on WWII aircraft restoration, international aid, and historic preservation. He lives in Texas with his wife, Francine, and works with air shows across the region, desert endurance racing, and other motorsports events.
Cassandra has worked in the aviation industry for over 35 years, beginning at GAMA, then NBAA, then working with other high profile aviation and aerospace organizations through her company TailWinds Communications.

Bruce is a decorated, seasoned corporate and nonprofit executive whose leadership is unmatched. Retired from executive roles in these sectors, he and his wife Peg lead ISF Group to assist nonprofits with development, messaging and fundraising.
Prior to starting ISF Group in 2006, Bruce had a very blessed 25-year corporate career where he held many senior and executive sales and marketing positions with Xerox, Eastman Kodak and Océ Technologies BV, and his own software company.
Bruce and his wife, Peg, have three grown children, six grandchildren and live in Waynesville, North Carolina. He enjoys playing golf, reading and hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and mentoring young professionals in their career development and education.
Originally from New Zealand, Amber has worked in the business aviation industry for the past eight years. Through Create with Kiwi, her company, she specialises in digital marketing, content creation and social media management. Roger is President & CEO of MultiCorp Aviation and has spent his entire career in the aviation industry. Dave Krause, Co-Founder & Partner at Influential Drones, is an experienced software architect, project manager and sUAS Aviation Consultant. Recognized by the FAA as a volunteer DronePro, Lead Representative and Industry Member for the FAA Safety Team. Through the FAAST program Dave promotes a safety culture among his peers around the country. Influential Drones primarily support first responders and other public entities such as academia, municipal, state and federal government agencies. The company offers Part 61, 137 and 107 services, as well as flight training and equipment acquistion support. Sean has worked in the aviation industry for the last five years. This includes working primarily with youth aviation programs such as the Lakeland Aeroclub and the Central Florida Aerospace Academy. Sean specializes in aviation centric photography through his company Focus on Flight Photography. Grace has been involved in the aviation industry for the past three years, but her dreams of a career in the flight deck began when she was just a little kid. She began flight training at the age of 17 and is now an active student in Daytona Beach at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Grace is majoring in Aeronautical Science and is currently working towards the completion of her commercial pilot's license.
Maricarin has had a love for aviation for as long as she can remember, and chose Embry-Riddle to advance her education in Aviation Business Administration, where she earned her BS in the degree program May 2023. For the past year, MC worked alongside the NASA Technology Transfer Program to bring outdated NASA Technology to a new marketplace. As the CEO of Guardian Structural Health Monitoring LLC, the company uses NASA Technology to monitor the stress and strain on bridges and other structures. MC plans to pursue her Master’s in Aviation Management and continue working in the aviation industry on multiple projects she holds a passion.
Michael is the founder of Massif & Kroo, an integrated media firm for people with something to say. Through Massif & Kroo, Wildes is partnering with FundAv Consulting to spearhead strategic aviation initiatives. Beyond media, Wildes is a corporate pilot, prolific journalist (Flying Magazine & Media Group, NBAA Business Aviation Insider, Redbird Flight Simulation, etc.), and Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at Dreams Soar, Inc., a nonprofit building an aviation career Hub. Wildes co-founded Women Soar Group (WSG) alongside Shaesta Waiz, a media company giving women a platform to express themselves. Wildes holds a master's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management and a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Science, both earned from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and previously worked at the university's flight department as a Flight Check Airman, Assistant Training Manager, and Quality Assurance Mentor, underpinned by MEI, CFI, and CFII ratings.
